As soon as I saw these shorts in Wishlist, I was literally short of breath.  I have been looking for a waxy pair of shorts that give off that leathery look all summer and now finally, I have a pair!  I'll definitely be wearing these with a big chunky sweater or a simple white tank at some point this week.  I wore this outfit out to dinner, but if I had put on a pair of sandals instead of wedges it would have made the outfit more daytime casual.  This Vince shirt is definitely a must have basic for Fall and Winter, I just can't wait to wear it with skinny jeans and ankle booties.  You can find the Vince shirt at Wishlist as well.  I am really into colorations lately, or as I like to say "color stories".  A color story is when you put together an outfit that goes together based on colors in it's color group and eventually when you get really good at putting together these color stories, you can add in fun pop colors.  This outfit is an example a color story.
