Booties by....Jessica Simpson!(go figure) Skirt and "onezie" by American Apparel, Sunglasses by Celine.

Maybe not the best day to wear pony hair booties in NYC.  The subways was at least what felt like 100 degrees but was refreshing to catch some shade away from the brutal sun.  I love the look of the small wasted skirt then the bustling that followed after.  It goes along with the whole Grace Kelly look and reminded me of the shape of Kate Middleton's wedding dress.  

Perfect refreshment on a hot summer day...new PRADA'S! :) To be worn shortly....
